  • We do not discriminate against clients or crew based on age, gender orientation, lifestyle, or religious beliefs.

    However, we are not shy creatives.

    We will refuse service and/or employment to any individual lacking the ability to treat others with clarity, kindness, and respect. We reserve the right to politely decline projects and/or relationships that do not align with our values.

  • Like most families and businesses, we cannot afford to work for free.

    Your deposit shows us you’d like to book our services. The final payment shows us you would like your files.

    If any of that sounds unreasonable, this may not be a good fit.

  • We do not miss deadlines.

    …and we also do not ask our team to keep the business standard hours of 9-5, M-F.

    Each person on our crew has built a working schedule that best supports their health and family. Often, that means working outside of the standard office hours of 9-5, M-F.

    Once a project is paid for, we chart the milestone dates and secure our team’s availability for each stage. This ensures your deadlines are met, while respecting our team’s schedule. Fill-ins are made if needed.

    Partnership Clients are offered regular meetings with our creative director and project managers, as well as dedicated “open office” time each week.
