WIX
With Wix, you get A LOT of freedom to design your site, but sometimes at the cost of overwhelming options and more tweaks to make.
Wix is a great fit if you: need specific integrations/interactions • are moving from a fully custom-coded site • want a really custom design
Squarespace
Squarespace is a very done-for-you experience, which limits some design options in the interest of creating a really stream-lined platform.
Squarespace is a great fit if you: aren’t very tech-savvy • want things to be really simple • need your website quickly
**NOTE: If you’re wanting to start a fully-loaded eCommerce shop and plan to do over $500/mo in sales, platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, 3DCart, and WooCommerce may be a better place to start. I am currently not offering eCommerce setup, but if you contact me I can get you into some good hands!**
