She’s an entrepreneur and marketing extraordinaire with a big event planned to celebrate the opening of her new business.
“I would love to serve branded drinks at my event…but it’s in one week and I can’t find anything online that will arrive in time. Can you help me?”
After a quick Live Session with Sasha and a chat with our vendors, we figured out how to do exactly that.

Live Session
For quick projects like this, the Live Session is especially crucial. Our client provided details beforehand so our Creative Director could prepare some quotes and ideas for our client to review over the call. The call wrapped with a list of action items and small problems to solve.
We were thrilled to partner with our expert problem solver, Rachel, to help get this produced as fast as possible. She optimized the logo for stenciling, created the production file, and had materials delivered next-day for testing. Meanwhile, our Creative Director reached out to a few local vendors to see what backup options were available to us just in case we had a machine issue.
First Product Test
Production
Within two business days, we had our first stencil printed, cut, and tested. It worked! Our client approved the test and cleared us to move forward with the final product. No backup plans needed.
Over the next few days, we produced and packaged up 40 individual pieces, so that our client’s baristas could keep the drinks flowing without stopping to clean off stencils after each one.
Results
Sasha’s event went smoothly, and she had a great time celebrating her new business venture with friends and family. The stencils worked well, and were such a hit that she’s been using the leftovers to decorate her own lattes at home. Sometimes it really is the little things that bring us the greatest joy!
