Trillium Therapies (Branding)

Leila Taylor is a licensed massage therapist and Ayurveda counselor working out of Asheville, North Carolina. She also happens to be my cousin, which made this project extra sweet! I loved talking to Leila about her passion for getting people back a health, balanced lifestyle through therapy to the mind, body, and spirit. She already had a strong concept of what she wanted: a triangle to represent the aforementioned three points of health, then a trillium flower to represent mother nature, blooming, and overall wellness.

First Draft

We weren’t sure on color scheme, but knew earthtones would be the focus as well as a texture of some sort. I played around with various greens and some watercolor textures before settling on the gold foil. Metallics are towing the line right now being both trendy and classic. Gold also represents what a luxury it is to have a healthy, well-balanced life.

Leila also wanted a website where she could not only advertise her services, but give her clients free resources to learning more about natural remedies, wellness, and Ayurvedic healing. I got her setup on Squarespace (my favorite DIY host) knowing she’d be able to easily manage the site after just a few video tutorials.

Sidenote: All my clients also get 20% Off their first year! Courtesy of Squarespace, they really support us freelancers helping clients get started on their platform!
